Liability: Niovo Atelier is not liable for indirect damages, shipping delays, or sizing/fit issues.

Law and Jurisdiction: Nigerian law governs these terms. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with Lagos courts.

Right to Refuse Service: Niovo Atelier may refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders that violate our policies without prior notice.
